How it works:
👉I work with schools/settings/ workplaces supporting leaders to build capacity, whole staff groups to build resilience and promote wellbeing or support those stepping up into new roles;
👉 I work with you to embed a coaching culture in your school. Over the academic year, you will experience the power of coaching, understand the theory around coaching conversations and get to try it with colleagues; or
👉 I work 1:1 with you. You can self fund and contact me to arrange sessions directly. All 1:1 coaching sessions are 60 minutes and can be in person or on zoom.

Coaching sessions provide a space for you to evaluate where you are now and set goals for where you want to be. You will be supported to; evaluate and challenge mindsets, identify and overcome potential barriers and take steps to achieve your goal.

Supervision has been a statutory requirement if you work with Early Years children, but increasingly schools are recognising the importance of providing this support for the development of all staff.
​
Do you want resilient staff and visionary leaders who are well equipped to navigate the ever changing landscape, the workload and challenges facing staff well-being head on?
A high quality supervision structure supports you to recruit and retain staff who know they are valued, are invested in and are having an impact on a daily basis.

How it works:
When Supervision is implemented well, all staff are safe to share concerns, reflect on practice, feel empowered to set goals and take action.
​
Sessions are every 4-6 weeks either 1:1 or in a small group of up to 6.
​
Schools, Settings or individuals will contract for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 11 sessions over an academic year.
​
Supervision can take place face to face in your school or setting or via zoom. Additional travel cost will be added.
​
Supervision pricing:

Six months group supervision starts from £600 per person

1:1 Supervision for Senior Leaders, DSL or Early Years Managers is fixed at:

£1200 per 6 months or
-
£2000 for 11 sessions over the academic year.
